Vertical Glass Washing Equipment is a high-performance stainless steel washing machine, which consists of an upper section, a cleaning and drying section, and a lower section.

1.Glass Washing and Drying Machine is used to clean flat glass and is an important machine for glass deep processing. Divided into vertical glass washing machine and horizontal glass washing machine.

 

2.Can wash 3-20 mm flat glass. It consists of a transmission system, brushing, flushing, air drying, and electric control system.

 

3.The cleaning part and the loop system are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. Three pairs of brushes can clean LOW-E glass and other coated glass.

4. Unique air-drying design, the wind knife has high wind power, the temperature of the warm air is adjustable, and the drying speed is fast; the drying room of the vertical glass washing machine is equipped with soundproof cotton, and the wind noise is low.
 
5.The air drying system consists of a high-pressure fan, an air heating system, a circulating air return system and a pair of adjustable tilt aluminum alloy air knives. Equipped with a high-pressure centrifugal fan to ensure high-speed drying on both sides of the glass.

6.Stepless speed regulation design, the transmission speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the glass transmission is very stable.
