Main Features of PVC Window-Door Equipment 
1. An automatic production line specialized in four-corner welding and corner seam cleaning of colored plastic doors and windows. The welding of a rectangular window frame is completed at one time, and it is transmitted to the double-head corner cleaning machine unit through the conveyor table. The outer corner welds and rubber strip grooves of the two window corners are quickly cleaned, and then the other two window corners are automatically cleaned. 
2. Double-sided seamless welding, beautiful. 
3. You can also choose seamless welding on the lower surface, micro-seam welding on the upper surface, and add a hook knife to achieve a gap of 1-3 mm, with higher corner strength. 
4. The moving parts of the machine are all made of high-precision linear square guide rails to ensure the stability and precision of the machine. 
5. Two five-axis CNC corner cleaning machines are connected to the four-corner welding to achieve data connection. After welding is completed, the processing parameters are automatically called to achieve accurate cleaning of the outer corners of the window and the rubber strip groove. 
6. Color touch screen, internationally renowned electrical components, and control system, high-quality servo motor to ensure the quality of the machine.
