1. Four Corner Seamless Welding Machine (broach type) is mainly used to weld plastic PVC profiles, can weld a rectangular window frame at one time, saving time and effort.

2. The width of the broach cleaning gap can be 1-3MM. There is a squeeze knife guide during the welding process, which can automatically and quickly clean the upper and lower planes. After cleaning, the welding seam will be straight and beautiful.

3. The extrusion knife uses high-precision tools made of alloy and supports tool interchange.

4.It adopts high-precision linear square guide rails to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine. 

5, The X-axis adopts high-precision ball screw transmission, and the Y-axis adopts precision rack-and-pinion transmission, with fast transmission speed and high positioning accuracy.

6. The fuselage is welded with thick-walled rectangular steel pipes, which has strong load-bearing capacity and is not easy to deform.
