What is Automatic Insulating Glass production Line

Gas filling automatic insulating glass production line is equipped with argon gas charging function,  mainly composed of  input section,  high-performance stainless steel washing-drying section, glass transmission section, assemble aluminium spacer section, assemble glass section, press inflatable section (Inner composite sheet, plate pressure inner inflation) and output section. When inflating, the inner panel is used, and the inner panel can realize double-layer and triple-layer insulating glass for inflation (inert gas such as argon), which can be upgraded and customized according to user requirements.

2. Using servo motor and imported roller screw, achieved precise tablet pressing. 

3. Can automatically detect the height and length of the glass, automatically adjust the best inflation space, and save gas consumption

4. Both the inner and outer joints can produce equal single-layer and double-layer insulating glass, which improves the production efficiency.

5. Using the function of internal assembling, can inflate single-layer and double-layer insulating glass (inert gases such as argon and nitrogen)

6. The glass position memory function can conveniently and quickly deal with the inconvenience caused by mistakes and improve the work efficiency

7. Washing and drying section: The drying section adopts circulating hot air to ensure the drying effect of the glass and reduce the noise; 

8. There are 6 brushes for washing,  including 3 Low-E brushes, which  not scratch the glass surface.
