The intelligent UPVC Window Door Machining Center is innovatively designed to solve the problems of diversified, batch-based, labor-intensive and low-productivity production of UPVC doors and windows. From loading, processing and unloading, the processes of doors and windows, including drainage holes, air pressure balance holes, keyholes, lock holes, mounting holes, other special-shaped holes and 45/90 degree cutting, are all completed at one time.
Feature of UPVC Window Door Machining Center
1. UPVC Window Door Machining Center is divided into three parts: cyclic loading mechanism, composite processing cabin and automatic unloading mechanism.
2. The loading manipulator adopts servo drive, which can realize automatic control of X, Y and Z axes, and can automatically clamp according to the cross section of the profile. And high-precision gear rack transmission is adopted to ensure feeding accuracy.
3. The loading manipulator is equipped with an induction switch, which automatically identifies whether there is material or no material when clamping. The machine automatically stops when there is no material or the clamping is wrong.
4. 9 profiles are placed on the workbench at the same time, and the material is cyclically loaded.
5. The composite processing cabin includes a milling unit and a sawing unit. Milling and cutting are carried out simultaneously without interfering with each other, which improves the processing speed.
6. The milling unit has 7 spindle milling cutters: including four faces of the profile and three 45-degree bevels. The 3 KW high-speed spindle motor has fast speed and high precision, and can process all holes and slots of UPVC doors and windows.
7. The X-axis positioning of milling and drilling is based on the first sawing, which ensures that the position of the hole is not affected by the length error.
8. The sawing unit consists of three fixed spindle motors of left 45 degrees, 90 degrees and right 45 degrees. Compared with the single saw blade swing method, the angle is more accurate and the speed is faster.
9. The avoidance function, when the cutting is completed, the profile avoids the saw blade to prevent the saw blade from rubbing the profile section when withdrawing. This function can be turned on or off by yourself.
10. The automatic unloading table is equipped with a label printer, which can edit the print content and QR code independently,such as different customer order information
11. Adopts the famous HAN'S control system and INOVANCE bus servo control unit, 16 servo motors, 7 spindle milling cutters, and 3 saw blades. It adopts CNA communication, frequency converter, driver and PLC program control, and the data transmission is stable and fast.
