Main Features of PVC Window Welding Machine.

1. It has two heads for welding upvc window door corners and mullions. 

2. It takes about two minutes to make a window frame / sash ( heating 25~ 30 seconds , cooling 25~ 30 seconds ).

3. Fully automatic control by PLC.

4. Fixed left head, movable right head can move between 400-3500 mm.

5. Right head can weld 30-180 degrees.

6. Welding height up to 120 mm, can be increased.

7. Bottom seamless welding mode - optional.

8. Quickly detachable mold system saves time in changing molds.

9. Adjustable heating temperature, welding time and pressure to suit different types of UPVC.
