Aluminum Window Processing Center is an innovative and developed intelligent workstation to solve the problem of diversification, batching, labor-intensive, and low production capacity of home decoration doors and windows. From loading, compound processing, and unloading, the glue injection holes, corner holes, pin holes, drainage holes, mounting holes, key holes, lock box holes, mullion markings, driver chamfering, and 45 / 90 degrees cutting are all completed in the one time.

Feature of Aluminum Window Processing Center

1.Divided into three parts : the automatic loading mechanism, the composite processing cabin, and the automatic unloading mechanism.

2..The composite processing warehouse is composed of a milling unit, a sawing unit and a drilling unit. These three units process at the same time without interfering with each other.   

3.Adopts the well-known control system HAN'S and bus servo control unit, 16 bus servo axes, 8 milling spindles, 3 saw blades, and 2 laser markings. 

4.Realized by CNA communication, frequency converter, driver, and PLC program control, the data transmission is stable and fast, and the processing accuracy is very high.

5.Supports various door and window ERP optimization software, using industrial control computers, one-click switching between automatic operation interface and manual operation interface, one-click import of optimization data, and cutting, drilling and milling can be carried out according to the optimization data. 

6.Adopts world-renowned low-voltage electrical and pneumatic components

7.A single shift of 8 hours can produce approximately 200 square meters of doors and windows, with high production efficiency and core competitiveness.

8.Support customization. The length and processing direction of the loading section and unloading section can be customized according to customer requirements.
