Main Features of Automatic Window Door Making Line

1. It features automatic welding, automatic conveying, automatic positioning, automatic corner cleaning, and automatic unloading.

2. In the normal welding mode, broaches do not work. After welding, the window frame is transported to the corner cleaning unit for corner cleaning.

3. In the broach cleaning mode, the upper and lower knives adopt the micro-slit welding mode, and then the broach cuts off the upper and lower welding slag to form a 1-3 mm gap (the gap width of 1-3 mm can be customized)

4. The broaching cleaning mode not only achieves the micro-seam welding effect and beautiful window corners, but also has the same corner strength as the ordinary welding mode. One machine for multiple uses.

5. Upper and lower knives are made of hard alloy material and are quenched to ensure good cutting effect, wear resistance and support replacement.

6. It's Max. welding range 3000*1800mm, Min. welding range is 700*500mm.

7. The CNC corner cleaning unit can customize the number of milling cutters according to the UPVC profile.

8. The well-known control system, servo motor and precision linear guide are adopted to ensure the processing accuracy and stability of the machine.
