Main Features of Semi-Automatic Aluminum Spacer Bending Machine

1. Used for the curved frame type high-grade hollow special equipment solves the problem of corner sealing of the corner type hollow glass. 

2.Controlled by PLC, positioning, bending and sawing are automatically completed. Stable and reliable performance, easy to operate,and a wide range of processed aluminum frames.

3. Needs to manually move the aluminum bar, bend different sizes and shapes, and is equipped with positioning rulers and automatic cutting functions. It can be bent into a square, rectangle, triangle, or other polygons.

4.The upper and lower pressing of the bending mechanism and the swing arm are integrated, and the aluminum strip is bent together with the mechanism,eliminating the hard friction during the bending process, the bending effect is good, and the aluminum strip with thin walls can be folded.

5.The aluminum frame has good flatness and beautiful corners, which is convenient for the glue application of the butyl glue coating machine.
