Main Feature of Plastic Window Welding Machine

1. It is specially used for welding white and colored PVC windows doors, and can be welded into a rectangular window frame /sash at one time. 
2. Upper and lower surfaces are equipped with Squeeze knife and broach to achieve 2 mm, 1 mm or micro gaps. 
3.Upper and lower surfaces are automatically cleaned during welding. Because of the cutter guidance, the weld is straight and beautiful after cleaning. 
4. The positioning plate and heating plate are integrated to reduce the time of telescopic translation of the positioning plate and improve the processing efficiency. 
5. The universal floating support plate ensures the flatness of the fan material and the gap of the weld. 
6. The high-precision precision linear square guide rail is adopted to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment. 
7. It is equipped with a color touch screen and Schneider PLC, driving a large inertia servo motor to automatically complete the welding and transmission of the window, which is easy to operate and has stable and reliable performance. 
8. The frame is welded with thick-walled rectangular steel pipes, which has strong load-bearing capacity and is not easy to deform. 
9. The bed is detachable for easy transportation.

LCL: PVC window-door Equipment is packed in fumigation-free plywood, the pallet is thickened and raised, and the machine base is fixed with steel wire.
 
FCL: Generally, the outer packaging is plastic film, and the machine is fixed in a 20/40-foot container with steel wire or special packaging tape; the outer packaging can also be selected as a fumigation-free wooden box according to requirements. Extra-high-size machines require open-top cabinets.
