Main Features of PVC Seamless Welding Machine

• Best welding machine for color PVC windows and doors. 
• It can weld small seams of 0.2mm and cut off the welding slag after welding. 
•Auxiliary pressing device prevents the profile from shifting, so that the diagonal melting amount is more 
accurate; reduce the main pressing pressure, the deformation of the profile is reduced, and the flatness of the  corner seam is higher. 
• The seamless cutter is made of alloy raw materials and is precision hardened. The tool has been standardized  and supports tool interchange. 
• The bottom positioning plate uses a square track to slide, with high positioning accuracy and long-term stability 
•The last head of the curved window and door can be welded at any angle between 30°-180° . 
•The welding cloth can be replaced with a button to drop the heating plate, which is convenient and quick to replace the welding cloth. 
•Automatic air blowing function, blow off welding bead at once.
