Application : making UPVC window and door

1. Used for screw fastening of steel linings of plastic steel doors and windows, screw connection of aluminum alloy profiles, installation of fixing plates, and processing of wall mounting holes.

2. Automatically feed and separate nails through the most precise special nail feeding system, with nailless detection function, and no nail jamming.

3. With automatic fixing plate feeding device, universal mold, suitable for a variety of fixing plates.

4. Adopting four-axis CNC technology, as long as the first nail position, profile length and number of screws are input, the system automatically calculates the screw distribution distance, can clamp multiple workpieces at the same time, and workpieces below 2.5 meters can be divided into two left and right working areas, with extremely high production efficiency.

5. With punching function, servo control drives the punching head, and can also process steel plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic plates with a thickness of ≤20mm.

6. There is a waste chip collection guide groove to facilitate the cleaning and collection of processing waste chips and coolant.
