1. Double Glass CNC Desiccant Filling Machine is mainly used for desiccant filling of aluminum spacers.

2. Adopting PLC control system is easy to operate, positioning, back punching, filling and sealing,  completed automatically. 

3. The filling height can be adjusted according to the size of the aluminum spacers.  the filling volume can be controlled independently on the long side and the short side, and the filling volume can be adjusted by adjusting the filling time.

4. All time setting and manual operation are operated on the text display

5. Filling under airtight conditions solves the failure of the desiccant to absorb water vapor, improves production efficiency and the life of the central control glass, and is an essential equipment in the production of bending insulating glass.

6. The core control adopts Omron, which can fill aluminum frames with special shapes such as quadrilaterals, trapezoids, arches, and polygons.

7. The Automatic Desiccant Filling Machine adopts an automatic feeding device, which can be automatically fed or manually loaded. Auxiliary vibrator to increase filling speed.
