1. Heavy duty double saw cutting machine specially designed for 90-degree cutting of super-large industrial aluminum materials, with a saw blade diameter of 650 mm (600 mm optional), and a cutting range of 200*200 mm.

2. Used in the automobile manufacturing industry, rail transit industry, machinery and equipment industry, and sawing of other industrial aluminum profiles.

3. In order to ensure that the saw blade does not tremble when cutting, the feeding system of the saw blade adopts imported spindle motors, square guide rail of Taiwan HIWIN, and gas-liquid damping cylinder. The saw blade is directly connected to the spindle motor, and is fed from the back to the front on the guide rail, and the saw blade is very stable.

4. The position of the pressing cylinder can be adjusted, which is convenient for cutting aluminum profiles of different sizes and ensures more stable pressing.

5. The movable saw head of the double head saw adopts a pneumatic brake and a fixed-length fine-tuning device.

6. Adopt SIEMENS control system, including PLC, driver, servo motor, touch screen, etc. The operation interface is friendly and the stability is very high.
