Main Features of Insulating Glass Production Line 

Gas filling Insulating Glass Production Line is equipped with argon gas charging function,  mainly composed of  input section,  high-performance stainless steel washing-drying section, glass transmission section, assemble aluminium spacer section, assemble glass section, press inflatable section (Inner composite sheet, plate pressure inner inflation) and output section. When inflating, the inner panel is used, and the inner panel can realize double-layer and triple-layer insulating glass for inflation (inert gas such as argon), which can be upgraded and customized according to user requirements.

1.  PLC control system, touch screen man-machine operation. Can automatically identify coated glass and LOW-E glass, and have alarm prompts

2. Using servo motor and imported roller screw, achieved precise tablet pressing.

3. Can automatically detect the height and length of the glass, automatically adjust the best inflation space, and save gas consumption

4. Both the inner and outer joints can produce equal single-layer and double-layer insulating glass, which improves the production efficiency.

5. Using the function of internal assembling, can inflate single-layer and double-layer insulating glass (inert gases such as argon and nitrogen)

6. The glass position memory function can conveniently and quickly deal with the inconvenience caused by mistakes and improve the work efficiency

7. Washing and drying section: The drying section adopts circulating hot air to ensure the drying effect of the glass and reduce the noise;

8. There are 6 brushes for washing,  including 3 Low-E brushes, which  not scratch the glass surface.

Glass cleaning and air drying heating can quickly dry the glass without leaving any water stains.

The crossbeam automatically positions to the upper and lower edges of the glass according to the size of the glass. There is no roller in the middle to avoid the mark left by the roller on the glass. There is a door at the back to facilitate workers to enter and clean the glass.

Servo motor and helical gear rack are used to maintain the synchronization of plate pressing with high precision.

Automatic inflation, argon inflation content reaches more than 95%.

Packing and Shiping

LCL: Glass Making Machine is packed in fumigation-free plywood, the pallet is thickened and raised, and the machine base is fixed with steel wire.
 
FCL: Generally, the outer packaging is plastic film, and the machine is fixed in a 20/40-foot container with steel wire or special packaging tape; the outer packaging can also be selected as a fumigation-free wooden box according to requirements. Extra-high-size machines require open-top cabinets.
