Main Features of Flat Glass Lamination Machine 

1. Glass Lamination Machine  is mainly used in the production of EVA laminated glass, curved laminated glass, hot bending laminated glass, dimming glass partition, tempered laminated glass, LED glass, wired glass, float laminated glass.

2.The laminated glass furnace is a double circulation glass equipment, which is produced by automatic operation. 

3.Four-layer single station with hydraulic platform, The upper and lower layers of the equipment are independently heated, and two layers, or four layers can be used at the same time, and the production can be reasonably arranged according to the order.

4.The upper and lower layers can be set with different temperature parameters to meet the production needs of different glass.

5.  During glass processing, it can be placed in layers, and the height of each layer of workbench can reach 40mm.

6.The equipment is equipped with SIEMENS PLC and control system

7.Can produce large arch and high bending steel laminated glass. The arch height for producing curved steel lamination is about 380mm

8.The equipment adopts the self-developed vacuum pump front system to ensure a stable vacuum value in the furnace (-0.090~-0.098) 

9.Laminated glass machine adopts an upper and lower convection heating system, and the heating tubes are evenly distributed on the upper and lower sides of the glass to achieve more uniform heating on both sides at the same time.

LCL: Small double glass machine is packed in fumigation-free plywood, the pallet is thickened and raised, and the machine base is fixed with steel wire.
 
FCL: Generally, the outer packaging is plastic film, and the machine is fixed in a 20/40-foot container with steel wire or special packaging tape; the outer packaging can also be selected as a fumigation-free wooden box according to requirements. Extra-high-size machines require open-top cabinets.
